Responsible & safe gaming at pc999
Play for fun, not under pressure — pc999 is committed to ensuring a healthy and controlled gaming experience for you.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is an exciting form of entertainment. However, like any form of entertainment, moderation and awareness are essential. pc999 believes that gaming is truly enjoyable only when it stays within your means and your time.
To protect our platform users, we have put in place a number of effective tools and policies. On this page you will find out how you can keep your gaming activity under control and where to get help if you need it.
Remember: gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Every bet carries an equal chance of winning or losing, and no strategy guarantees a win. At pc999 we always want you to play with enjoyment and stay stress-free.

Round-the-clock serviceWarning signs of problematic gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is time to reassess your gaming habits:
- You are betting beyond your means and using money that your family needs
- You keep returning to the game and betting more in an attempt to recover money you have lost
- You are lying to or hiding things from family or friends about your gaming
- You are neglecting work, studies or family responsibilities just for gaming
- You cannot stop gaming, even when you want to
- You are turning to gaming to escape stress, anxiety or depression
The golden rules of safe gaming
Play for entertainment only: Never think of gaming as a way to earn money. Winning and losing are both normal — be prepared for losses from the start.
Set your budget first: Decide how much you will spend each session before you start and stay within that limit. When the budget is gone, end the session.
Stop after a win: Secure your winnings. Chasing more often leads to losing everything.
Do not play while intoxicated or tired: Make decisions with a clear and fresh mind. Avoid placing large bets on impulse.
Take breaks: Playing for long stretches without a break reduces your judgement. Take regular breaks and make time for other activities too.
Deposit limits & self-exclusion process
You can set deposit limits directly from your account settings at pc999. You can fix a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it will only take effect after a cooling-off period — this protects you from making decisions on impulse.
Remember, the minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Knowing these limits helps you plan more responsibly.
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool you can use at any time. Activating it temporarily or permanently blocks access to your account. The self-exclusion period can range from 30 days to fully permanent.
To self-exclude, contact the support team directly via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team will complete the process while keeping your identity confidential.
